Clearing the Documents menu

First Way
As you probably know, the Documents menu can display up to 15 documents.
When the Documents menu contains this many items, however, it can be difficult to quickly find the one you're looking for. To remedy this situation, you can remove all items from the Documents menu to start fresh. To do so, click the Start button and select the Taskbar... command from the Settings menu. When the Taskbar Properties sheet appears, select the Start Menu Programs tab, and then click the Clear button.

Second Way
Use this batch file by double clicking on a short cut from your desktop.

Third Way (my fav)
If your are running the scheduler from the plus package as I do, this can be done automatically for you. I have mine set to run after being Idle for 10 minutes then close on exit. Cleanit.zip
