Use Windows Explorer to find out the size of all the files and folders in a particular directory. In Explorer's left pane, click on the plus sign of the directory in question. Select all the contents of the right pane by clicking on the top entry, holding down Shift, and clicking on the bottom entry. Right click on the entire selection; choose Properties to see the total number of files and folders, as well as their combined size.
